Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Dagger hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

History: Tordek hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tordek fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and regain custody of his son

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.
