His brown hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. He has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: The child of a Mayor, who enjoyed hunting, Howard was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Howard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He bought a sword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. Recently the stress of being a Laborer has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.
