Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Baker but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Through the years after Kairon was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Kairon's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. Pelaios liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Born in the east to a Courier, Dadalan learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has taken up work as a Courier and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ahrim was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
