History: Uthemar was born the youngest of three triplets. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Carter. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

His green leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his black boots flare out at the collars, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His moppish black hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. A friendly and beautiful Gnome, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He found a children's book about a Gnome Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature flail.
