History: Baern was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Merchant for hire.

Through the years after Nimble was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Nimble's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
