History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Being a Tailor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Oskar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
