History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He struck the Unemployed job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor
