History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: He is an average looking southern male in his early mid-life. He dresses well, wearing brown shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His hair is long and silver with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. His fierce blue eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Painter profession.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Barkeep for hire.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. Gormogord enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is content.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His chestnut hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Berrian fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
