Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Randal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: This man wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His brown hair is cut short. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Warryn embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and retire the richest man in the south

Description: This younger middle-aged man is wearing a long, tan, dusty cloak, and a wedding ring on his right hand. He keeps his silver crest in a pixie cut. His half smiles and red eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Kriv is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.
