Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born into a rich family. Through the years after Kipper was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Kipper's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now mingles about in high society.
