History: Rael was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He struck the Layabout job and began his own company from there.
