History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new tailor responsibilities is difficult

The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
