History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Xappan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Xappan. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and doesn't want to be a gardener and was forced into it by his family

Description: 3'8" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light black in addition to tight pants. Sporting a blonde mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He has violet eyes and a black hat with a green feather.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born in the north to a Banker, Alvyn learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Banker.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His blonde hair is knotted and matted. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: This slender man stands about 5'5". He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He wears his chestnut hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes are a pleasant violet.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and wants to have a good time and be beloved
