Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Raer was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

History: Born in the south to a Spice Merchant, Ernest learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He became a Spice Merchant soon after.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Spice Merchant responsibilities is difficult; and to be a interpreter again
