History: He was born in the west. Faran was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Apothecary. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gomory was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and revenge
