Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Zephan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting dire rats, the young Zephan began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shipwright.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Azzakh grew up listening to his father's many stories. He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Fivin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
