Personality: Percival hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Percival was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
