History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born into a rich family. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. After a long history of fighting, Carrie and his spouse have recently divorced.

Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
