History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A gifted student he started as a Spice Merchant, but he got bored and became a Miner. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and balancing his hectic life and new miner responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Navigator but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Percival and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

He prefers to carry a pickaxe, but if one is not available he will default to his dagger, and his gloved hand is found clutching a dagger. His hair is black and very short. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Hadarai lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He married young, but lost his spouse to orcs. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and someone believes him a fraud
