Personality: Rurik is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Layabout but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Ur-Lasu hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
