Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Rael was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Fortune-teller. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
