History: Theren was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Druid, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Barendd Stoutale, Male Dwarf [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a brown coat over a tan low-cut shirt, and a top hat upon his head. He has chestnut hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Gardener. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Barendd took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up sickle and armor he uses now. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and balancing his hectic life and new gardener responsibilities is difficult
Flaws: Antagonistic, Depressed. Bonds: Job, Slave, Nature. Occupation: Gardener
Voice: Low rumbling, strings words together
