He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Glassblower. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Percival never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born in the east. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
