History: The child of a Seamstress, who enjoyed hunting, Kerkad was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Kerkad took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up sai and armor he uses now. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Fragrant was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bookbinder. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
