Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He hates Halflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Kelter was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His red hair is braided into rings. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He is greedy; and doesn't want to be a barber and was forced into it by his family
