Description: An older man who wears a blue coat over a tan low-cut shirt, and a broad hat upon his head, he is not a threatening figure. He has dyed his greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: Varis is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Varis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Warryn embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. His black eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born into a rich family. His parents enrolled him in a Warrior school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: He wears a violet armored body suit, with a simple brown line shooting up and back down. He carries a battered sickle and tarnished falchion as well. He wears his rusty crest down. His eyes are likewise red. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. Baradad is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Baradad was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
