Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. The war was a terrible time for him, and Heian does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Heian hails from a village terrorized by giants. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Stableman. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: 3'11" and muscular, this northern man wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His hair is auburn and very short. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Masseuse hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got money to start a business from the gang present in town. He is greatly indebted to them.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light grey in addition to tight pants. His hair is short and golden. His skin is flawless and his amber eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He hates goblins. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He's also a talented Barrister, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
