Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'8" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a simple black robe with green stripes complete with hood. His yellow fur is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His childhood dream was to be a Detective, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a white Stetson hat and white clothes. He has a very tight haircut. His gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: Watson was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Being a Courier kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion

Description: He is an average looking southern male in his early mid-life. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His hair is brown, silky, and of moderate length. His skin is flawless and his green eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. The war was a terrible time for him, and Thorin does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bather hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Thorin and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he feels kind of lost in life
