Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He got into the Doctor business at a young age. He worked as a nervous Doctor and found it very stressful. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Doctor for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Doctor business.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Doctor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
