History: Born in the east to a Bather, Pelt learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Slave Trader. He now mingles about in high society.
