History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Percival was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Percival grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Percival. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright yellow and violet, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His crest, while still mostly green, has prominent grey streaks. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gold eyes.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Baradad is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
