History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Merchant they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Junk Dealer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Wiggan was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Wiggan's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
