Through the years after Nalral was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Nalral's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spy hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has worked as a Servant like his mother before him.
