History: Grisha hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Stableman arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Roge and his spouse have recently divorced.

Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He now mingles about in high society.
