History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His childhood dream was to be a Soapmaker, but he was a colossal failure. He has achieved small success as a Seamstress.

History: He was born in the west. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Alston fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Dyer. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Knight they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Dyer, and he later adopted a second daughter.
