Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He got into the Bather business at a young age. Through the years after Foxilon was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Foxilon's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Being a Bather kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
