History: Torinn was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Navigator for the past few years.

He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and red, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Herbalist born in the past three hundred years. A true patriot, Patrick would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His childhood dream was to be a Bather, but he was a colossal failure. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and expand his business

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. The war was a terrible time for him, and Galinndan does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Galinndan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.
