Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition, marred by chocolates. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. Brogg liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well.
