Description: This man stands a little under 3'3" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He usually wears his tan robe and has his longbow always slung over his shoulder. His moppish blonde hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has gray eyes and a tan hat with a black feather.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Himo has worked very hard to control his curse. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His red hair is heavily combed to the right. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. Leucis liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
