Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Mercenary arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

History: Gifted from a young age, Roland studied abroad. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
