Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Knight but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Knight hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He works hard and plays hard.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His childhood dream was to be a Body Guard, but he was a colossal failure. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins.

Description: This northern man wears suspenders and black workpants. His shirt is tan, and he wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has styled his brown hair well, parting it to the left. He has gleaming, smiling silver eyes.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
