Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'9" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His red hair is braided into rings. He has blue eyes and a violet hat with a red feather.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He got into the Gardener business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Gardener. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears white painted combat armor at almost all times. He has a very tight haircut. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Through the years after Morkral was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Morkral's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he dresses in green turtlenecks beneath a pastel coat with tan slacks. His chestnut hair is singed and shortened. His gold eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Vassago and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he's repulsed by the pc
