Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He was born into a rich family. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He's also a talented Engraver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
