History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He tends to his Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. He has a long blonde beard with little hanging trinkets. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Seamstress arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner.
