Personality: Hobart is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He married young, but lost his spouse to giants. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Hobart was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
