A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Orcs became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Orc people.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Alvyn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
