Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He wears dull blue sweaters, loose grey pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed rapier, just in case. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Ulfgar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Baker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Map Maker, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Description: This man is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His black fur is greasy and uncared for. His eyes are yellow.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. Flame enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Flame was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A freak accident while working with his Healer father left him crippled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: A 2'10" northern man, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his warhammer with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He keeps his brown hair in a flapper bob. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady amber eyes.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and he wants revenge against gnolls
