History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Drifting was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bookbinder for the past few years.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Bricklayer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge.
