He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Born in the north to a Interpreter, Peren learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. He has brown eyes and a blue hat with a pastel feather.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: The child of a Weaver, who enjoyed hunting, Frederick was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Frederick took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up club and armor he uses now. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
