He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He got into the Animal Trainer business at a young age. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
